Off evade does anyone bother with chain for 3 second stun?
The damage of opened is inferior to alternative as is the second part bleed when used

Also
Why would anyone use the follow up to haste debuff?
The anytime is better damage AND higher to hit

On mine I am only 34 staff so I don't have the level 44 style. When I get the 3 second stun off I am able to land a positional style, as long as they don't purge. Lol if they purge a three second stun though XD

I guess the question would be
Is the total damage of counter evade and its superior follow up be better than figure eight and the 3 sec styn
