Friar Staff

Hello,
At first sorry for my English, it s not my mother's language
I ve got some question about the friar staff :
Can someone tell me witch stats is revelant for Staff skill
Some tell me full dexterity, for others it s Strength/Dext.
Can someone can dissipate my doubt?
Also, is the realm Abilities "Reflex Attach" implemented on the server?
Does it worth the cost?

Staff is full dexterity for damage.

Reflex Attack is on this server. It is the Friar's unique RA. I think it could be worth it if you are soloing or playing with a small group of players. Unfortunately, I believe it can trigger reactionaries which is not a fun thing.
