Farming gold, ROGs, Salvage

As a friar where can I go for the best results for gold, salvage, and ROGS.

Lynn Barfog is the best place to farm ROGs for salvaging, I guess.
and if you can take serv necro or cabby, it would be better.

If not, you can see they wipe out whole mobs in front of you.

Why Lyn is the best place ? Compare to S.I. (gwyn, caldey etc..) or other classic zone.

Llyn Barfog gorgers, feeders, and devourers drop non-rog salvage that gives 10 arcanium bars per. As a friar, you would have no problem soloing them but honestly I've found duoing to be the best (at least for a non necro or cabby). Get together with a reaver or paladin and you can blow through them.
