Cleric Buffs

I know there is no hard cap on any stat except quickness. There is a point where the diminishing return isn't worth the points right? So If I have yellow buffs on my cleric what level MOarcane (buffing ra bonus) should I have to adequately buff people to "best" stats (dex etc)? Is it worth going for red buffs to lower the amount of Moarcane needed? The cleric will be used in PVE.

Quickness doesn't have a hard cap, it has a soft cap when concerning attack speeds (250), but you can go over 250 and see benefits to evade chances.

I don't think you can reach diminishing returns here because we don't have cap increases, though I may be wrong. For yellow Cleric buffs, you need MoArcane 9 for Str/Con to be 2 points from cap, MoArcane 5 for Dex/Qui to cap, and you can't cap yellow Acuity (or red, for that matter, but you can get it up to 91 with MoArcane 9).
