Cabby questions - Phoenix Freeshard

So I mainly play Hib, but a friend is returning so I figured I would make a Cabby and join him when he is online.

Never played a Cabby, which is part of the reason I am picking one, so hoping someone could help me out.

Last time I played Alb, Cab focus groups were a thing, now I hear they are not.

What is the best lvling spec for a cabby? Does the spec vary for playing solo or for grouping?

At 50 and after being templated, what spec does a cabby go for RvR? Does it vary from a farming spec for money/rog's?

Any special RA's other then the typical LW/Tireless/MCL to get while lvling? What RA's are you after in RvR?

DD and dot mob pet on stay/attack run around
Orange and red mobs
With tasks only dropping every two minutes I liked this

Which is matter spec right? Do I also spend 3 pts in spirit for pet recycle? never done it but I was reading about it on some posts from 2019.

Is matter still the main spec for grouping with other levelers? What about at 50 for group rvr?

So my buddy and I have decided to duo either a cleric/necro or a celric/cabby.

For strictly farming PvE and zero RvR with this duo, which would be better?

Would Cleric go full buff spec and rest in healing? Would cabby still go full matter? I heard Focus pulling was nerfed heavily.

Would necro go full servant? Or would sight be better?

Would lvling specs be same as 50 spec?
