Sapphire lifetap is Spirit
don't know for Emerald DoT
don't know for Jade DS
pet DA from spirit spec is Spirit
all melee is physical

Everyone seems to think sapphire damage is body not spirit

All seems to be correct according to Charplanner, however Jade doesn't seem to have a DS. Its not being reported in the combat text at any rate it and also doesn't have a buff icon associated with the pet ability when summoned.

Please, look at the Jade Simulacrum pet as it doesn't appear to be operating in accordance with Charplan published material.

Could debuff a target and set pet on it and see if the damage goes up.

Sapphire LT is spirit. I use the red spirit debuff when farming. It works correctly.
