Cab Spec 8man / General Advice

Just finished my template and I am trying to decide on a final rvr spec. It seems there are three specs to consider and I was hoping for some insight / playstyle help.

46s - seems like you are the leader of the assist train / call out targets.

46b - assist the MA / near sight and disease when possible

Tri-spec - not sure how exactly to play this one.

Any advice on the specs and how to play during encounters (generally, obviously there is a learning curve).

Thank you!

I actually haven't grouped with or seen a 46 Body Cab in 8v8 (my most recent experience in 8v8 being on Uth). Usually if a group has 1 Cab, they are tri-spec so that they can disease, nearsight and finally debuff and nuke once you've controlled the other team enough. If there are 2 Cabs, then usually one is 46 Spirit and one is tri-spec. I think the reason there aren't Body cabs is because by themselves they don't bring a body debuff so what's the point.

Tri-spec is harder to play but a good one is really valuable. A spirit spec is definitely fun and you fit well with Alb caster groups, but I imagine that if a group only wants to run a single Cab they will run a tri-spec for the versatility of Nearsight.

Not sure why you'd say 3-spec is harder to play than standard 46 spirit? All you do basically is trade red body debuff for a stronger nearsight.

I'd always recommend 46/11/25 on a cab. You can play single cab effectively and even if you have more than one cab in your group, you'll still deal good damage and can debuff for yourself whenever neccessary.

Body cab is a waste imo. Spec Lifetap delves lower than baseline and you lose a ton of utility.

Play a Body Sorc if you want a (sometimes) viable body spec

I just meant because you have more tools and thus more to do than a high spirit spec.
