50 cabalist rvr spec/ra progression suggestions

I've played cabalists mostly in pve, and curious what are the more ideal specs to be competitive in rvr. I understand factors come in to play, but let's see what suggestions are out there! Group play primarily, but something capable to do a smallman if the situation arises! ATM I'm 46 matter, 13 body and 25 spirit. I used for leveling, but it has red nearsight, blue debuffs, nice aoe dots obv and a mixture of blue/green pet buffs. 15% body debuff for L50 baseline lifetap.

46 spirit (red debuff), 11 matter (grey ns for 25% rupt'ing), 25 body

Or go tri spec (more utility with some MoFocus) with e.g. 25 matter (higher nearsight), 34 body (less nuking variance, higher aoe-disease) and 33 spirit (yellow body debuff).

25 matter isn't the higher Nearsight
34 body isn't the higher Aoe disease

Both are. Vs. the 1st posted spec. Check the char planer.
