Sorcerer damage....what’s best?

So is casting the level 45 spec body DD best?

Or

Cast 50% matter debuff with the matter baseline level 45 DD?

Also anyone know the level 50 baseline life tap of sorcerer and cabby delve? It’s not working on planner

necessity of some mind spec takes points you would need to spend on matter (the worst alb spec line imo) for this to work. use that 45 nuke.
