Pretty sure /xp off already works-I've used. People have submitted a report regarding /rp off not working. So for now it's a pending bug report.

Have you even tried these before making a request???

/xp off does work I have tested myself.

/rp off SAYS it works but doesn't actually do anything.

Of course if you simply typed them in game you would know this...

/rp off was added in a recent patch so it should work now.
