Just a channel for ppl who want to (civilly) shoot the shit about their thoughts on game balance, planned changes, so they don't need to clog up advice channels.
Their excuse, when confronted, for clogging advice channels is that there's nowhere else to have a global chat.
What 50% of them are doing is wanting an audience for their complaining, but the other 50% just want to have conversations about things they care about with people across the whole realm/game.
So, make the ppl who want an audience for whining put their money where their mouth is, and give them a channel where it's only other people who want to have that kind of convo.
Then, if they bring it into advice channels, it's easier to make them go play in their corner.

Idea came up of merging trade and advice into a single channel and leaving /trade for chat, complaining, suggestions, discussion of game balance, etc.
