Wiki for alchemy

Could you add a wiki for the alchemy recipes? It's rather confusing and always need to check back and forth with other websites.

I dont know about the other crafting profession but seems this one could be handy with all the changes.

While I didn't make it, I use the following document for my alchemy work. If you like it, make a copy for your own use.
