On the german servers we had Lurikekse - dont know if other servers had this kind of item too, I think so. A funny item with an emote-message on it like "Gloti eats a Luri-Cookie and feels refreshed!" when you use it. Please, integrate this item again. I think this would be a very small scripting-issue, with no balancing-problems and everyone would be happy about it and if not he/she can eat some Luri-Cookies. 
It could be a quest reward, one user one item, like the Portal-Stone and a recast-Timer with 1 min, to prevent spam.
A better option: everytime when you use the item, it says a random sentence, like:
Gloti eats the Luri-Cookie and feels refreshed.
Gloti eats the Luri-Cookie and he gets in a good mood.
Gloti eats the Luri-Cookie and the last wipe is not as bad as it was.
Or other funny stuff...
