Hmmm... This is in no way an urgent matter, only a thought i had this afternoon by seing those not-yet-activated NPCs waiting patiently in TNN. ^^
Did u guys already discuted the possibility of an 'account vault' (in addition to the char's one) ? I mean, i remember how painful it was on shards always to wait that some pal came online to mule over items or gold, as the only other alternative was to use the housing, which was also a pain because of the loading times between zones.
As i said, only a thought for (much) later. =)
