Maybe for feathers? Can reskin armor or weapons from TOA and other patches? Mayyybe a Armor padding remover so we can stop looking like potatoes in RVR??? Kappa

I'd say a padding merchant would be cool to add/remove. But I'm not sure how I feel about skins/transmog. Takes something away.
