Turn endurance song/chant into a conc based or timed group buff

I propose to change the paladin's endurance chant and the bard's endurance song into a concentration based or timed group buff because twisting chants is a very tedious thing to do:

As a paladin, the endurance chant costs power if you let it refresh which means that you have to twist chants every 4-5 seconds to keep the endurance chant up without losing power - even when you are not in combat but just want to sprint somewhere. No matter what you do, you have to click a button every 4-5 seconds while playing.
As a bard, it's twisting speed and endurance song.

Changing both those songs into buffs would make the life of these classes slightly more comfortable without having too big of an impact on balance because pretty much everyone already has perma sprint with endu3 pots and tireless/long wind anyway.

Obviously bards would save the time to turn on endurance in a fight and can use the time to do something else. I don't know if bards even switch to endurance on Phoenix given that there is permasprint for everyone and tankgrps are almost nonexistant.
Paladins could either run another main chant or - if they already do run another main chant - it would mean that their endu is up 100% of the time instead of 5/8 seconds.
In both cases, endurance would continue even if the paladin and/or bard is cc'ed which is probably the biggest impact of the change.

If anything this change would make melee heavy groups in alb and hib a bit stronger because endu5 would be more easily available. More importantly playing these classes would be a bit less tedious in RvR but also PvE.
