Trigger Keep Realm Task Timer Reset on Gate Damage

Hi,

the keeptake realm task resets way too easily. It is getting a bit silly: defenders are clearly dominating the scene at the keep and in front of the gates, and occasionally some realm enemies enter the keep zone --- woosh, reset. That way things last an eternity.

One way of improving the situation would be to only reset the timer upon significant damage on the gates or the lord. That way, attackers actually have to engage the keep and fight properly.
