Nightshade Acuity has ALWAYS been Dex-based. It is, and has never been, overpowered. Why make such a random change and bury it in the middle of the changes with apparently no discussion (that I can find, please point it out for me). Not game-changing at all, but the amount of changes that are not included in the Planned Changes forum but go live every patch is daunting. Where's the open discussion? Transparency?
