Transfer Realm Points at a cost

i believe it wouldn't be a good idea even with such a high RP penalty
for example the current RR10+ people could simply start switching chars and start with a high RR without having much of a dent on their main.

This command would be for the idiots like me who made 2 times the same class and want to transfer all on one before deleting the second.

how does that really happen? creation i can get, but accidently getting multiple of the same to lvl50 and RvRing with both??
