The solution to zerging: Agramon

The problems as I have identified them:

(1) People are mindlessly zerging - this removes the reward for roaming as a single group since the RP reward through tasks and zergs is on par with that formerly given by 8vX'ing.

(2) There is not a lot of room in the frontier for groups to maneuver around zergs - right now people are running 6-8 groups on stick, this leaves a small window where full groups can actually participate in RvR without being constantly jammed.

(3) Zergs are instantly suiciding and following tasks - this essentially creates one hot-spot zone and the others go largely unused.

(4) Teleporting to dominate flags is ruining RvR - why even have OF if we enable teleports? Hardly anybody is running through milegates now.

The solution must accomplish a few things:
-Create a zone for single groups, small mans, and solos to fight that is not affected by the task system
-Maintain ports to this zone to satisfy people's need to insta-port into action areas, while removing the ports to dominate flags to preserve OF RvR but also allow for ports to other areas.

I propose implementing Agramon. I would allow all 3 realms to port to Agramon at three different corners. Once ported in you would be located in an area that makes you invulnerable to attacks until you leave this designated area (and once you leave you can't go back). The task system would NOT apply to Agramon, therefore zergs would probably avoid the area altogether. I would remove insta-ports from dominate flags and instead allow Agramon to be the ONLY port-enabled area. This simultaneously preserves the integrity of OF RvR but also implements a more NF-ish zone where zergs will stay out, porting will be enabled, and it will be a cleaner landscape for folks who dont want to zerg but want a zone potentially ripe with fights.

An interesting idea. I’m not familiar with Agramon as a zone so I’m relying on just the actual idea of a zone/area outside of the Frontiers presently. I suppose one could argue it’s like an endgame Battleground minus any keep? It could alleviate a lot of the present endgame RvR issues. Recommend Phoenix staff to consider.
