Task updates please :)

The task system could use an update...

People go out and hit someone, or be hit, then afk for 30 mins.
Stop giving a fixed amount for task completion, the bonus is fine, but imo the whole task reward should be the bonus. And continue to have the bonus be modified by RvR activity (gain more), and RR (high RR gain less).

Keep tasks, people afk inside keeps and get the reward for being in the keep.
1) Make a script that prioritizes keep tasks on keeps that have lost port, so keep task is actually both harder to defend, but also easier to complete taking.
2) Make keep task only be the "bonus" like above, but centered around action near keep, and add multiplier to attackers if taken.

But whatever you do, remove afk-rewards!
Don't know about the other realms, but at any given time a quarter or more of Midgard is afk waiting for task to complete.

Tasks should be a RP bonus, not the RP focus.

imo the question is..
would this proposed change rly help the server?

1. Those semi afk players, maybe some at work, maybe some doing something at home, wouldn't join the RvR at that given time, because they are still just semi afk'ing.
2. Exp'ers are kinda screwed and its harder for them to get the small amount of minimum required RA's to start lvl 50 RvR.
3. An active player is still getting WAY WAY more RP's by just playing active and not being afk.

A change like you want it would have impact on 2 things:

Are there more players actively playing rvr, because now everyone has to do smth for their rps? - No, def not! Cause those that are semi afk, are staying semi afk.
Will there be more RPs for everyone, cause as we know RPs are making people happy? No, there wont.

I'm not one of those semi-afk people. I use the wipe at keeps for rps just for new chars to get some rps while lvling and bonus exp.
And i still think such a change won't help the server health at all.
