Was always a cool thing to had this banners on life and hunting them to decorate his house with it once or twice you were the fastest to kill the banner guy and pick it.
There were 4 options:
10% spell ressist banner
10% melee ressist banner
6% CC reduce banner
20% faster siege speed (may be tweaked to dmg, no idea)
A guild can only buy a banner all 24h once its lost.
I think its a good think make bounty/merit points somewhat worth it with less impact to RvR because its mostly used on sieges anyway.
