Suggestions to solve support issues in PvP event

Ok so I know people have mixed feelings about the event but in general its very popular, not here to talk about that.

No matter if u have auto group, premade or region chat pug, support is always an issue and for every event it gets worse.
It gets worse because players on phoenix either already have a support of every single character at this point lvl 50 and rr 5+ or are simply too toxic to ever play a support.

So I think we need to do something to encourage playing support in the event or so. I will list a couple of suggestions.

1. Make it possible for support characters to transfer 25-33% of the RPs they gained from a support class in the event to their main support class of same character. So for instance, if I made 600k RPs as a bard in the event, I can choose to RP reset that character after the event and transfer 200k RPs to my main bard.
2. Make it so that support classes can have RP bonus for a longer time than non support classes and maybe nerf the RP bonus max RR for other chars. So support could have RP bonus to RR 6 and other classes only to 5L0.
3. Maybe some kind of buff bot NPC or potions or end 2/3 potions to help the pugs and autogroups.

I´m not saying that all of these suggestions should be done but maybe take some or one of the ideas at least. I think going into the region chat or LFG chat and looking at it for 2 minutes should be enough to understand that something has to be done.

I have 5 clerics, 4 bards, 4 druids, 2 shammys, 2 friars, already, I have no issues helping out my friends leveling a toon, or playing this event because the Chaos is fun as hell. People should not need an incentive, especially if their friend needs to level a charecter. Not to mention, people use their 50's to help friends leve all the time when they get no Xp/rps from it, and that is mindless and not fun, why should this be any different.

Make a tall avalonian cleric, give yourself and incredibly funny name, level your friends or make new ones, and have fun.

Yeah I have made pointless support chars that I already have to help my friends in the event. I think what you described just now is a mentality that maybe 0.5% of the people playing this server have. It does not bring me a lot of joy in life to make 5 support classes of the same class to help someone lvl a fkn thane or have a savage player "mix it up" by getting himself a zerker also.

I mean it´s really cool that you feel that way but it doesnt solve the server wide problem and it certainly does not make it easier for the region chats to fill their support slots. Incentitive is needed for the general pop to want to roll support classes that they already have, that part is just a clear fact.

Or then, there is the choice of NOT making a support character and going ahead and NOT participate in the event. Why does everyone always feel they are entitled to something? No one is forcing you to participate.

This is a great event, people just need to embrace it instead of whine and nitpick about everything little thing that may or may not be fair to them, the devs might just say forget it, we wont do it again too much complaining. Realize the majority dont care, the event is fun, which is why you have like 1500 playing and like 20 people complaining on here. More people play on here during the event than when there is not an event, so I would say you are in the minority here.

If you try to please everyone, you end up pleasing no one.
