suggestion for keep incentives.

Here it is, and i think it is good but i could be wrong.

Make it so that if you take or defend a keep ANYWHERE you get credit for the rvr task, wherever it happens to be.

The only RvR tasks should revolve around keeps and relics. Each realm has an overall task of 1) securing their homekeeps and 2) capturing and securing opposing keeps/relics.

No task credits outside of defending keeps/relics or taking keeps/relics. Maybe give a bonus task for getting enough keeps and securing them for DF to be open to your realm for an hour. You have to have captured or defended one of the keeps to gain credit for this bonus task.

That’s just my two cents. I love that the staff does listen and try new things, and I’m going to continue to play and put in my opinions.

The task system should be fun but optional.

People should be able to do daoc without tasks in non task areas and not suffer massive loss of rps.

Non task areas should not be empty.

Keep takes should not be meaningless and they need to be encouraged in various meaningful ways.

Reward keep and relic capture and defense. Make raiding a relic worth the same amount of Feathers as a TG raid and than we will see how the RvR action goes.

It should be easier to take keeps during the realm task. Make the keep takes worth a lot of realm task points. This way players can heavily contribute to winning the realm task by taking a keep.

Right now when a realm turns in more branches, stone, or snow they summon caravans that travel to their keeps and the supplies arrived counter goes up.

These caravans should be either much easier to kill so that you can lower enemy keep levels or your keep levels should lower if you don't reach enough supply at certain intervals.

The keep guards could be lowered/debuffed based on the amount supplies that arrive for your realm. Every 10 minutes your realm needs X supplies or your keeps in the task frontier lower a level. Perhaps the supply caravans could be easier to kill, and killing them would help lower keep levels.

This way players will be more rewarded and willing to take keeps during the realm tasks, since they can contribute a lot to helping their realm win by doing so.
