Suggestion: additional BG commands for (pve) raids

Hello there,

Here are a couple additional commands I would consider useful for (pve) raid leaders:
1) a command to 'force invite' people not in the BG. regularly some ppl don't join out of lazyness or whatever, and I heard it screws the loot system -> make a command so the BG leader(s) can 'force invite' someone to solve this.
2) a command to deal with morons. yeh I know it's rude to say it that way, but... as far as I know, right now, the raid leaders have no tool to deal with people disrupting the raids (no matter the kind of the disruption; afk, mad pulling or whatever); all they can do is suppress their chance at loot, but those guys mostly dont care, they still get their feathers etc. so what I suggest is a way for the BG leaders to kick those guy from the region. I mean, noone's going to Sidi, Galladoria or Tuscaren to solo, so when there's a BG inside, there's a raid running and the BG can be 'associated' with it, so the leader of that BG could have a bit of control over the zone w/o that being much of a problem may be. Some smarter-than-me people around will probably found a better way to do it, but I really think something would help alleviate the hasle of organizing the raids and hence improve the fun for all involved players.

To the players: have fun & enjoy your time
To the devs: thanks for all your hard work

For 1 i can say it will be a hard job for the Raidleaders checking the /bg groups all the time if a ld didn´t rejoin. If possible somehow it would be better to just disable lootdrops for anyone in an epic dungeon who is not in a bg. This way the PPL will be eager to rejoin fast to get their feathers

Sure, there would be a need for a check if 2 or more BGs exist there, so 2 ppl cant simply do their own to hijack drops. In this case the BG with the highest numbers on PPL should be set to the BG getting loot.

For 2 this would be great. If its only available to 50 PPL + BGs. No idea if its possible to code though and there must be a rule preventing misusage of this command.
At the moment its only possible to do a /appeal if things go very wrong. Which means more work for GMs and time consuming rupts in the raids.
