Stat Conc Buffs balance Idea Vs Potions

Buffs have always been a big issue and even without buff bots here, potions and charges throw a lot of balance off on classes that rely on buffs vs those that do not have them. While there is a lot if hard to fix issues (ranger and hunter buff lines) I think one change could be easy and really help concentration buffs against potions and charges

Potions are roughly 50% of what final red concentrations buffs are.
My fix would be to make Concentration buffs 50% more effective when used on the caster themselves. This would even out the difference in stats again to help those that cast the buffs while keeping everyone else receiving buffs the same as before.

Those that would really benefit from this would be Wardens, Druids, Friars, Clerics and Shammys.
Bards and Healers would gain a little bit with the better stats.

While there is no problem really for 8man and big groups since they all have buff classes in the group. The problem lies in 1v1, duos, trios and small man fights where the Concentration buff classes face enemies that would normally not have buffs if it wasn't for potions and charges.

Please no. There’s a very good reason healers don’t get Dex as an increasing stat. It would be very easy to overpower damage if you had high enough Dex.

some chars need a rebalance buff like ranger and hunter.

Theire selfbuffs are close to not usefull, they got 1 or 2 spells inside theire "magic" line to be somehow usefull which drops the rest because of buff potions ...

They loose some sort of competion through Potions, the DEV's should look into that issue and consider adding something to buff the magic lines to "even" the competion to other assassins.
