Suggestion:
Instead of being called "Starter Guilds" to instead change them to "Fellowship of [Realm]" and allow these guilds to vote for leaders at regular intervals and have guild emblems + guild features
Communities of people have been made in these guilds, and they are not able to flourish any further as a community by themselves,
(I understand this may have an effect on the influx of players to established guilds, but I wanted to put forward the idea)
