Sourcing new spell and sound effects from community and free assets

Would it be possible, or even welcomed? There is always a nostalgia factor at play, but certain spell sounds do get a little grating after hearing them so much. It would be nice if a few could be replaced by updated spell fx on live, new ones made by community, or just free stuff anyone can find out there.

Especially the healing buffing sound that goes something like this ... rreeee EEE EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE ee ...
