Currently (and correctly) this item has a 2.4 speed and is MH restricted. Because of this (i think) very few people will use it.
I see 2 possible improvements:
- Make it usable in offhand
- change the speed to 4.2 speed (as it is now on live, not sure what patchlevel it changed to 4.2)
