Solo xp bad

Make solo xp better. I hate playing a class, trying to level it, that nobody wants it to be in a group. I haven't done 2000 DS runs or any at all. I despise PvE. The old task/xp item system was so incredibly simple and easy compared to the new one. The old one I could get a level a day, no problem, solo, all the way until 45 or so.

How about this, maybe allow low levels to participate in the RvR task, just don't give them the RP, but give them xp instead?

Maybe increase xp gain from rvr task as well? With some of my past characters I would be like 3L0+ by the time I hit 50 from tasking. Given how little of a chance I have to get an xp group, I will probably be 5L0 by the time I hit 50.

I feel like I bust my ass now, and I get like less than half the xp I used to get from before. The mob bonus keeps rotating so everyday I am scrambling to find a new camp to go to. Some of the mob bonuses used to be above 200%. Now it keeps changing, and the game is so big, it is a pain everyday to find a new camp. And then to boot, some mobs might look like they would be magical, but then they are humanoid or something. Mobs with the same model will be classified as a different mob type. It is just hurdle after hurdle for a class that can't get a group in the first place, because nobody wants to do a group besides the "perfect" bomb group or if "you're super cool lelz." And my class doesn't really contribute a whole lot in a bomb group, when a Tinder gives sufficient regen as it is, why invite me. I give a str/con debuff, big whoop nobody cares, even if I advertise nobody gives a shit.

God bless my Cabalist and Mentalist, at least they could AoE farm to level.

I almost feel like if I was on Uthgard I could get a group easier than here, I guess mostly because the population was so small, people were more open.

I have found that following just the bonus xp isn't the best way to go. Find a good area, usually classic dungeons, that have 3-5 different types of mobs and kill 15 of each. Even in the 40's, this will net you about a bub of xp per completion and some of the mobs are going to be on the 100-200% bonus list. If you can, make one or two of those groups mobs that drop xp turn in items. At the end of killing all 5 sets, you should have enough turn in items, eggs, and completion task xp for nearly a level...or at least that has been my experience.

I soloed my hunter up just by killing the mobs in a camp, wether it be 200% xp or not. Kill 15, then 31 of them, move to next type, rinse and repeat.

Cornwall has undead, humanoid, animal, insect etc.

Jump into a dungeon, kill 25 of w/e in there for dungeon task.

With the lower level buff pots as well as the banished quest pot, no excuses now about solo levelling.

Use your task token you gain, they are transferable so use em till level 5. Then wait 24 h to hand more in. In that time, kill xp lot mobs for xp lot a d eggs then throw them in as well.

It really is not that hard to solo, unless your a really gimped solo class like a healer.

you try find a grp for 2 mins, then you start your own grp, it worked for me on 20ish 50s, including classes like ns, inf, scout, hunter.

Simply group everyone in the vast lvlrange of your grp. You want 1 or 2 healertypes, 1 or 2 tanks and rest dps.

Often tank/misfit grps consisting mostly of assassins and archers xp much faster than the fotm bombergrps, because they stick together for longer, wipe less and xp more continuous. Just make sure you always refill the group if someone leaves and try to do decent respawnrate spots with 100-200% mobtype xp.

I love this idea, but they'll never do it, because they want to discourage greys from "ruining fights" by interrupting the enemy.

Ok, it sounds like I am not alone with this. I will just try and stick with it and I am not sure about trying to make a group but if all else fails, I might as well at least shout it out in /lfg to see if anyone else is interested in forming a group. Thanks

This weekend I was surprised in Alb how everyone spam lfg but don't form grp. No one whisper "lfg guy" but as soon as you write : lfm, you got lot of send.

Just take another buddy of your level and spam lfm on the channel you'll form your grp in 5 minutes
