Solo incentive

The coding to recognize solo kills is already in the system. Rather than add a zone for solo play which is clearly showing to not be effective, add a 10% additional RP payout for all solo kills regardless of zone. This will give Solos a minor bonus and doesn’t create an area for solos to be farmed.

Better just to change the zone to somewhere bigger - EV for example.

Ruins are too close to where the zergs / FGs are roaming to be worth while. A FG roaming the frontiers can circle the ruins and get soloers / small mans & FG fights.
If it was in EV they would have to make a choice - go kill soloers in EV and get no other action (since its a dead zone anyway) for very low reward OR roam the other frontiers and get all types of action. Meaning (hopefully) EV would be left alone for the most part.

Equally ruins are not a good place for small man fights. Too many LOS issues.

Obviously they may be planning to make EV more vibrant for other types of RvR (the underground keep, etc) so it may not work when/if they do that.

The 10% bonus is not there to incentives solo / small man play style... its there to incentive those who WANT to play that style already to go to a particular zone, meaning they will find fights.

just giving a 10% solo bonus everywhere doesn't resolve that issue and just incentives something they don't really need/want to.
