soil/branch/snow rvr drops

a /toggle to turn it off would be nice

if i can't get any rps off it at level 50.. and i can't trade it to level up another toon with it... i'd rather not have it.

Handing them in counts towards RvR participation, so indirectly it rewards RPs via the task.
