Sham dd

Any chance you guys have thought about, or can make, the sham dd not on a 20 second cool down?

I'd rather see a 100% crit DoT instead a 50% cap even after the recent changes instead a DD without cooldown

Bug report was closed when we had the old 30% values,- guess its time for a new one.
