Server broadcast on news

Would it be possible to add a server broadcast each time you issue some new server news? People often just close the news without reading it.

Perhaps have a message headlining the changes and please read news for further info, or something, maybe every hour or so for 24 hours after each mini-patch.

I don't think that broadcast would actually fix that some people just aren't intrested in keeping themselves informed
It is pretty easy to skim the first line of the news window while you move your mouse to closing it

at which point it is also pretty easy to notice "i have read this before" VS "this is something i don't know already"

hourly clutter on the screen for every mini-patch seems over the top imo, and would get ignored just as easily
