RvR mounts - Phoenix Freeshard

First off with us getting realm speed I don't see a problem adding in mounts

I solo a lot on my warrior/hero and would love to see mounts added to the game. Trying to get anywhere is just nasty if you leave your realm.

Normal mounts with 1.50 speed
And epic RR5+ mounts with 1.65 speed

If you think mounts are oped vs caster speed then add a 15-20 sec out of combat timmer. Including heals/buffs spells.

I've seen many requests for mounts or the like. And the only 99% of the no's are from people who don't solo anyways.

I'd love this feature and don't see this as a game changer but make none speed classes enjoy their solo life better.

You need 1-2 min out of combat for cast

So you want mounts which r faster than casterspeed (1.53). so you could catch a caster by using a mount. I believe you that you want such a thing.
And RR5+ should catch RR<5 ... dude really... i will never understand how ppl can be so subjective.

Absolutely not (and I mostly play solo on visible non-speed classes).

I rarely don't have speed when I'm in an enemy realm, because I know where all the hasteners are (i.e., not only at the docks), and I know how to get to other realms without relying on boats, which gives me more time on whatever hastener I already have up.

Also, mounts are horrific looking on live. And once they're added, it opens up the possibility of all sorts of even more horrific, ridiculous looking special mounts. I mean, just look at some of the stupid looking vanity pets that we already have then imagine players running around on rainbow colored unicorns.

It's a shame I stated 15-20 sec combat wait time. Can't cast the mount during that time. Then need to stand while casting the mount. A caster gets speed pulse. And gets the speed back up within 10 sec.

"Insert cuss word here". But won't matter to me if we get them now or not. (Not anymore) If your a solo caster that knows how to kite. Or great at keeping me CCed and distanced I just kite my self to a safe spot.

It would of been nice just to get to point A to B quicker and have a few more bags handy.

Here's hoping the dev's stick with their decision to never add mounts or any clicky form of speed boost.

If you want speed, play a class with speed or group with one.

Well with this thought lets just get rid of hastner speed and make it a base spell for all classes.
