Revert server to the day before NNF RAs were released

I was told to post suggestions here and I would get responses from devs.

Please revert the server to back when it was not broken and balanced, right after the end/tireless was fixed and before NNF RAs. Server is broken as f right now and only seems to be getting worse.

Well its impressive how fast we get into a state of the good old times.
Only a few weeks needed to make this illusion happen. Human brain is awesome.

Imo its better now. Just different problems to deal with.
