Why did WoC have it's damage lowered? This RA is only on hybrid classes and really helps their viability. In essence, this nerf is just a nerf to hybrids. NOT NEEDED.
WoC 3 = 500dmg. Nerf'd to 400
WoC 5 = 750dmg. Nerf'd to 600
Why does WoC now have falloff damage? It's a 150unit pbaoe. Used WoC 3 (nerf'd 400dmg) multiple times on a standing still target, while stuck to them melee'ing, about 100 units away (think how small that is) and it only hit for 212 and 161. Is this an out of season April fool's joke? You basically need to be INSIDE the target in order to get anything close to full damage.
And on top of all this, why are big RA changes like this even being made just days before the server goes down. Just a blanket nerf to all dmg RA's and adding falloff dmg to WoC and VP? Who was complaining about these RA's??? No one even has a chance to test this stuff.
