As a solo assassin this change is unwanted and only hinders my class.

Groups bring sneaks and they zig-zag around with super speed looking for you. It happens because it works and this change only helps such a setup.

This change is only a disadvantage to solo assassins by making them more detectable.

Maybe to clear out stealth zergs at mile gates... honestly sometimes that's needed

Checks and balances my friend.

Don't see an issue with this. Completely within the rules and nothing unfair about it.

If they want to use a stealther to take a spot in their group then that should be one of the bonuses since they are sacrificing what could be a more group friendly class.

I never gave an opinion on if I think it's unfair or against the rules for them to do that.
Just stated the changes favour those that do, and as a mainly solo sneak, I am against it.

I agree with that, Stealthers are now more prone to be popped when camping mile gates or let’s say portal keeps etc. All it takes is one other stealther to pop them all with a group hanging round to clear them off.

Sorry I just got an image of a hornets nest...thought about spraying stealthers with hornet spray

Not trying to be argumentative, but isn't this how it should work?

Stealthers hang around and try to kill any stragglers or whoever they feel is vulnerable.

To stop this that realm would call in a stealthier to pop them while having a good group nearby to wipe them out?

I'm not sure why it shouldn't work that way? Isn't that the downside of playing a stealthier?

This is basically one of the risks of hanging around a mile gate right?

No no state you’re opinion that’s what It’s all about.

It’s exactly what happens but now it’s more easier. that’s just added hinderance to what was already a hindernace.

I personally can’t stand a little ranger pinging arrows into me while I’m in a good 8man fight but that’s part of the game and how some people like to play.

Alls I’m saying is i feel a disadvantage seems to outweigh an advantage here🤨

Nobody is saying people should not be able to use a sneak in a group to find other sneaks.

The problem is that the balance was already in favour of a group using a sneak vs some assassins. Why you need more advantage to find us ?

If you find us we are dead, we are no match for a full group and we need to hide... that will now be harder.

So with a sneak in a group...what is the range of detection to another sneak?

Have any of you actually seen what the new detection distances look like? Or are you just protesting on principle here? I haven't run into any other assassins since it was changed, but then I was messing around in cake today like the rest of the server. Me be ill round up another nightshade or two and check tomorrow.
