Respec Stone Change

I am suggesting that when you use a respec stone it should give you unlimited respecs for a period of time. I suggest an hour minimum. It would be nice to be able to spec some things, and then test them without having to roll an entirely new toon, or to keep buying tons of respec stones.

Not a horrible idea, but how much shit do you need to test?

One potential issue I see is if respeccing RAs resets the cooldown for timers. I dont know if it does or not but that would be a bad thing. I guess the same goes for Insta heals, roots, mezzes, and all that good stuff that are regular skills.

I'd personally like the RA respec to give you two respec for when you inevitably forget to spec into lw/tireless.
