Removing the Ranks Board for DS

I was wondering if removing the ranking board for Darkspire might give more people a chance of getting into a group for DS. It seems really difficult to get into a group now unless you have :

1) Experience already
2) Are in the top rankings already of this week
3) Are a speed runner in past rankings

Would removing the board stop the elite-ness (I know its not a word) and give more people a chance?

Or maybe even if it only recorded the top one?

I want them to keep the promise of putting the DarkSpire times on the herald as they promised!

DarkSpire isn't really a thing outside one guild on Hibernia anyway.
The past week Hibernia completed 7 DarkSpire runs!
5 of those was by one guild, and the last 2 runs was done by a single group, so it was probably back-to-back.
