as much as i enjoy the quick xp and easy lvling through this method, i feel like it hurts the pve/lvling aspect of the game alot.
when pets are better tanks than the actual classes designed for it, theres something wrong to me. it makes certain characters obsolete in pve too.
pallies for example arent even wanted for pve anymore aside from raids of high level encounters maybe.
if every "good" xp(feather-)group consists of just a petclass with focus shield, a buffer, some aoe and a bunch of healers thats not what the developers back then had in mind i would think. because its so much easier/better than "regular" xp-groups of course the vast majority are focus-groups.
i imagine this might lead to more different classes/people finding groups. to make sure of that, maybe increase the "diversity"-bonus for each individual class in a grp by a bit. one could also apply this bonus not only to xp but feathers too. now that i think of it, what about doing this for rps aswell...
to nerf pets tankyness, maybe reduce the absorb increase they receive from every buff they get. and/or let the focus-shield generate way less aggro
