Remove Savage stoicism

svg is an hybrid tank and shouldn't have stoicism, it with stoicism makes zerk useless to play.

war-hero-arms = heavy tanks ok stoicism
zerk-bm-merce = light tanks ok stoicism
vw-champ-skald-svg-reaver-pala-thane = hybrid tanks no stoicism

i think that any tank with a spell or buff line to train is an hybrid tank

svg always had stoic because it is no hybrid but an offtank

Savage has never been a hybrid since day 1. They have always had stoicism. Nothing wrong with them.

In what universe is a class that has no spells except a three second cast taunt which doesn't interrupt a hybrid?

Nerfing Savage is the wrong solution. Buffing zerker is the right one, as they are super weak in comparison
