Remove reply function in this forum section, add rating system

i very much dislike arbitrary rating systems, because everyone uses them differently and especially in small communities like these, written feedback with explanations is FAR more worth than a rating system that everyone uses differently

If the flaming turns into an general problem (currently it's individual threads and often just two-three people in those flaming each other) then there are other ways to imporve the situation again. Locking the worst threads that go out of hand for example is working decently, the threads getting locked are usually ones where the discussion took place and all arguments from both sides were told...THEN they degrade into flaming after a few keep repeating the same things at each other getting angrier/edgyer every post. Next level would be some forum-mutes/bans for a day or something etc...
