Remove Recharge Requirement for 50% Feather Return

There are many people who sell a feather item back when it’s not fully recharged and don’t get the full 50% return. Then they wonder why because it makes no logical sense. They obviously don’t know about this silly rule otherwise they would gladly pay the measly 10-100g to recharge.

Please change.

Even with the patch notes several months back saying items must be charged to receive the complete 50% sell back for gold, this was not clear with feathers. Also what wasn’t clear is that it has to be the exact same feather merchant otherwise you get a handful of silver.

Maybe a warning box that says you won't get full return unless you recharge for items that aren't fully charged and a confirmation box to sell it anyways.

maybe it's even easier to simply make the NPC not take uncharged items at all (from a technical side)

would also solve the probblem of people unknowingly returning them for too few feathers but would work around potential issues with changing the way charge items are refunded
