Remove impossible styles from certain class/melee-specline combos

As a bard, I can't parry. Thus, it does not make sense to have the blades style "Return Blade" and its follow-ups.

Can you remove those styles from the list for all classes who cannot use them anyway? If it helps I would be willing to look for and list all those impossible combos.
