Remove Groundassist command

I know this will draw some heat, but I think this game would be more fun without this command.
Everybody is stuck inside the towers, even the roof level of keeps is getting neutralized.

Worse necro shade can wander around and deposit their GT.
Catapults are pinpointing the stairs and strategic points.
