Reducing melee stuns ?

Anyone else feel that the melee stuns which are 6+ seconds seem a bit long?
If you don’t have purge up and you get a 8or 9 second stun it’s close to being a death sentence. Particularly with melee stuns not having any reductions.

What if either...

A. Some type of RA could reduce them by 30-33 % passively; this could be a single cost, 3 step, 5 step or 9 step not sure what it should cost

B. A straight 30/33% reduction for player vs player with this

Seeing the server has such caster meta. To be honest i even think Melee players needs a boost?
I play caster 95% of the time. Melee stuns are somewhat fine i guess? Not OP or Weak. They just seem fine:

What should be done is make Keep OIL Spell immune and give ALL melee classes the ability to Climb. That would mix things up ALOT in RVR in general. Making melee classes alot more viable. I dont play... Hero? For example, because i enjoy keep fights and a Hero just feels useless in comparison to other things you can play (Just my opinion)
