Spec'ing Stealth gives 'Caltrops' at 12 22 32; enemies within a 300 unit radius are x% (scaling) easier to hit by both melee and magic, and slowed for 3s.

Can this affect RvR balance, absolutely!... is it balanced? probably... not? Fun to think about using this each pull in a fins group and making it easier for everyone to hit!.... because Animists have it too easy....

Assassins need more toys!....?....
