Rams

Encountered a thing with the new ram limit today during RvR. One ram was spawned and was clipped into the Tower so it couldnt be rotated or used. IS there a possibly that we could get a external /salvage command to work on rams or introduce something like a "/deconstruct" command that puts an undamaged Ram back into our inventory?
Because of the new Ram limitations near doors. It slowed us down on taking the tower.
