Possible when realms are within 20 players of each other like, 100 110 90. Whichever realm is doing the worst has a ball or relic effect spawn. Whichever realm holds it the longest gets a tower or keep. Not possible for realm if they have more than 1 keep in an enemy realm. Holder has perma 20% snare, can't get within siege range of keeps, can't go inside towers or the ball resets. This is intended to aid the defending realm while offering a zerg point for all realms to converge on. A realm that has no keep in the area can establish a foothold. The attacking realm would need to deal with this which would slow their momentum down.
